A considerable physical exercise has become one of the distinctive
features of the present sport trainings. Therefore, if you have
to carry on your training routine or even the competition during
the unstable periods, you can end up with the painful results.
Some women frequently experience irritability, fatigue and drowsiness
shortly before the menstruation. Their pulse rate gets higher,
as well as the blood pressure, body temperature; they can also
feel the headache and some other symptoms. All of the above could
be an obstacle during the training routine or competition. It
is well-known that women reach a higher results between menstruations,
while they are less competitive before and during periods. It
would be better to work out less during this period or even don’t
do any workout at all, depending on how the women feel at this
point. This question is completely up to the physician, however
the period’s impact is frequently exaggerated. They are often

sexual life of his sportswomen. The sex itself is undesirable
only during periods since there is a possibility to infect a partner.
But sex could be oral or anal during this time. Instrument

coaching, thought-out and polished to every detail. And the point
